It is not paint and it is not a coating. No two cases come out of the press with the same pattern. The bezel carries white numerals with turquoise triangles between them. The edges are chamfered and polished by hand.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe dial is turquoise, covered in a fine irregular crackle — the pattern a ceramic glaze makes as it dries. It runs edge to edge and never repeats.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eArabic numerals in dark turquoise stand at twelve, three, six and nine. The three counters are brushed silver inside grey rings with fine turquoise index marks, and inside the counter at six there is a small white star and crescent. The hands are polished steel.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe strap is turquoise woven man-made fibre.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eInside is a \u003cstrong\u003ehigh-precision automatic chronograph movement\u003c\/strong\u003e — self-winding, no battery, ever.
