RED CARBON · RED AND WHITE DIAL · BLACK CARBON BEZEL · AUTOMATIC CHRONOGRAPH
Red Carbon, Lined In White
A bright red carbon case with white pinstripes along its flanks, under a black carbon bezel marbled in grey.
The case is a clear, bright red, and white runs all the way through it. Along both flanks the white lies in fine, even pinstripes from one end to the other; over the lugs it opens into broader, wavier streaks.
The lines are the layers of the carbon itself, not paint and not print, so they follow every curve of the case and no two cases carry quite the same pattern.
On top sits a black forged-carbon bezel, marbled in soft grey, with its tachymeter scale and UNITS PER HOUR printed in white. Red, white and black: the colours of the case are the colours of the dial inside it.

THE DIAL
A Red Centre In A White Ring
Three white counters over the red, pointed steel markers, and a tall steel 4 at four o'clock.
The dial is a broad white outer ring with a fine black minute track, round a large red centre. The three counters are white, numbered in black and marked in red, each with a slim red hand, so they stand out bright against the red.
The hours are pointed polished steel markers filled with white lume, with small red squares in steel frames at three, six and nine. At four o'clock there is no marker: a tall applied steel numeral 4 stands there instead, half on the red and half on the white, like the number on a race car.
The hour and minute hands are polished steel with white lume, and the chronograph hand is a thin red needle with an arrow tip.
How The Red And White Chronograph Comes Together
A red-and-white dial, three white counters and a steel 4, closed into a red carbon case under a black carbon bezel.
The Two-Colour Dial
A large red centre inside a broad white ring, edged with a fine black minute track.
White Counters
Three white counters go in at three, six and nine, numbered in black and marked in red.
Steel Markers And The 4
Pointed steel markers with white lume go on at the hours, red squares at three, six and nine, and the applied steel numeral 4 at four o'clock.
The Carbon Bezel
The black forged-carbon bezel, marbled in grey and printed in white with its tachymeter scale, goes on top.
Into The Red Case
The steel hands and the red chronograph hand go on, the dial is closed in the red carbon case with its white pinstripes, and the 4130 automatic chronograph movement drives it all.

Why The Red Works
Most carbon chronographs keep to black and grey. This one goes the other way: a bright red case lined in white, a red-and-white dial with a steel number 4 on it, and a black carbon bezel and black canvas strap to hold it all in. It asks $949.
THE RED CARBON SPEC
Red carbon case with white pinstripes, black forged-carbon tachymeter bezel, red-and-white dial with three white counters and an applied steel 4, polished steel crown and pushers, black canvas strap with red stitching. Inspected by hand, boxed for presentation, and covered for two years.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are the white lines painted on?
Are the white lines painted on?
No. The case is red carbon and the white lines are layers in the material itself: fine, even pinstripes along the flanks and broader streaks over the lugs. They follow the shape of the case, and no two cases carry quite the same pattern.
What is the 4 on the dial?
What is the 4 on the dial?
An applied numeral in polished steel at four o'clock, standing where the four o'clock marker would be, half on the red and half on the white. It is the only numeral among the hour markers, like the number on a race car.
What is the bezel made of?

What movement does it have?

The counter at nine is marked 3, 6, 9 and 12, the one at three 10, 20 and 30, and the one at six 20, 40 and 60. All three are white with black numerals, red strokes and slim red hands. There is no date window.
Does it come in other versions?
